TecView™ EC data acquisition & analysis

With its intuitive and user-friendly interface, This Eddy Current software assists with the task of performing Eddy Current inspections from start to finish. It includes data acquisition and management, robotic control, imaging, analysis, alarms and interpretation modules. TecView™ EC supports most of the standard Eddy Current equipment and file formats found in the industry.

ACQUISITION

The ACQUISITION module aids the user to set all scanning and acquisition parameters, as well as 8 different kinds of alarms, with a real-time display of impedance plots. Once all parameters are set and the scan begins, both impedance plot and the C-Scan are displayed in real-time while the scan is performed, along with the selected alarms.

ANALYSIS

Once the data is stored and tagged, Eddy Current data analysis can be performed in the ANALYSIS module. Various C-Scans representations can be displayed based on different amplitude and phase combinations.
